KAP facilitator Neringa Chantal WHAT IS KAP? KAP is a powerful energy Transmission that activates the awakening process of the body’s Kundalini energy system. Spontaneous movements often happen, as well as emotions arising, or simply feeling currents of energy run through the body. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights and a deeper connection to life. These are just some of the experiences that can happen. A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure, allowing you to tap into more of your inner unlimited resources, creativity and Higher Self. Participants experience increased feelings of letting go, de-compressing, sometimes spontaneous yoga poses or hand mudras may arise, as well as emotional releases. It is both an energetic release and activation. KAP realigns you to your Highest Self, so that you can embody more of who you truly ARE, more of your awakened Life Force, more of your own power and creativity. WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KAP SESSION? You lie down on a yoga mat, with your eyes closed during the whole session and music will be played. The facilitator may touch or press some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story, your own unique experience!
