A Gentle but Deep Hatha Yoga Workshop
Service Description
This workshop will focus on a combination of tantalisingly delicious twisting asana (postures) thought to help wring out and cleanse the whole body, detoxifying and nourishing the internal organs, stimulating the digestive system and purifying soft tissues. We will use breathwork to support our practice, creating warmth within the body to aid the purification and detoxification process. Ending with restorative meditative poses to calm and balance to both body and mind. €35 (+€2 booking fee)

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore, if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the full price will be charged. Please note we cannot accept bookings overnight between 12am and 7am.
