SoundBath healing Thursday evenings

Come and be immersed in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.

The waves of sound will be produced by Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, sacred solfeggio pipes, shamanic drumming, koshi chimes and more, calming the nervous system and balancing the subtle body.

Naomi is a highly experienced sound bath failitator, Holistic therapist for 20+ years.
