Julie Coogan

Julie Coogan, founder & manager of Tree Of Life Centre, is passionate about all areas of the Holistic approach to health. She holds qualifications in Social Science & Holistic therapies, Anatomy & Physiology & also an Honours BA in counselling & psychotherapy.

Julie set up Tree Of Life with a vision to create a centre of Excellence to support the diverse and expanding area of Holistic health for wellbeing. She fully understands how important it is that we take care of ourselves while juggling the varied demands on our time & personal resources. She sincerely advocates that the many branches of Holistic Therapies enrich & empower us. Together with the Tree of Life team of gifted professional therapists, Julie is dedicated to the pursuit of only the highest standards of ethical practice and care in Complementary therapies.

As well as running the centre Julie also has a private Counselling & Psychotherapy practice in Tree of Life. Her experience spans accross a wide range of presenting concerns, in particular anxiety recovery.

Anna Campbell

Anna Campbell is an acupuncturist, trained in China and Ireland in the doctrine of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Anna brings a beautiful authenticity to her work by living the values that she espouses. She places a huge emphasis on nutrition and lifestyle and all treatments include consultation with advice.
Anna treats everything from the common cold to sports injuries but has a special interest in all gynaecological matters and understands the sensitivity with which they need to be treated.

Aideen Biggins

Aideen Biggins – B.A. (Hon). Deg. Psych., – National University Ireland.
Dip. Counselling and Psychotherapy - IICP.After attaining my degree in Psychology, I went on to embark on a Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy with the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP) in Tallaght. Currently I provide a counselling service to individuals, couples and families. I adopt a Client-Centred, Choice Theory, (CBT) integrated approach and I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder, addictions, relationship issues, phobias, bullying and anger issues. I continue to attend regular supervision to ensure that only the highest standards are maintained, and I am also committed to my own on-going personal development.

Sinéad O’Brien

I am a professional accredited life Coach, with over 22 years’ experience in coaching, mentoring, education and development. My success is underpinned by a wide skill-set honed through years of guiding and working with people from all walks in life. As an exceptional communicator, with a unique insight in to the individual on both personal and vocational levels, I have an ability to effectively engage with clients, quickly building safe and trusting relationships which facilitate heightened client self-awareness and an understanding of the impact of behaviours, words and actions on oneself and on others. These skills complement my calm, compassionate and empathetic approach as I empower people to embrace change and to believe in their capability to achieve their true potential across the lifespan, even in the face of obstacles.

Siobhan Dinan

Siobhan holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is currently embarking in a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. Siobhan has extensive experience with adults with mental health issues and chronic long-term illness; and with adolescents in mental health and healthcare settings. She has worked for the H.S.E, Child & Family Services and Community Services. As a psychotherapist Siobhan aims to create a safe, trusting and non-judgemental space to allow the client to enter into the therapeutic process and be met with acceptance and positive regard. She uses an integrative approach, meaning that she makes use of a variety of different approaches including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic and client-centred. Siobhan attends regular supervision to ensure that only the highest standards are maintained, and is also committed to her own on-going personal development.

Tom Meade

Tom has honours Bsc in physiotherapy from RCSI & is a specialist in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation on neuro-musculoskeletal injuries.He uses a variety of techniques ranging from soft and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and specific assisted stretches to release the tight, strained, fatigued and over stretched muscles.

Grace Doyle

Grace currently holds Diplomas in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Diet and Nutrition. Grace is caring, and passionate therapist who aims to awaken her clients on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level helping them to initiate their healing path. She believes that time out for reflection and relaxation through Holistic therapies is fundamental in revitalising, nourishing and rejuvenating the mind, body and soul.
